SmartVault & Document Acknowledgement of Usage Terms
When necessary, World Testing can provide our clients with confidential access to certain proprietary documents. If you have been granted access, please review our Web User Agreement, Privacy & Security Policy, and this SmartVault & Document Use Policy before continuing.
World Testing SmartVault and Document Use Policy
By logging into our SmartVault and/or using our documents, you agree to the following:
Dear Valued Client,
We have updated our SmartVault and Document Use Policy. We need your acknowledgment of the new terms and conditions indicated by your signature at the bottom of this letter. After reviewing this updated policy, please fill out the submit form at the bottom of the page. If we do not receive your submittal, we will not be able to send you the documents you request or grant you access to SmartVault. If you are currently accessing or have need to access our SmartVault, your access will either be denied or revoked until we receive your signed acknowledgement.
Use of the SmartVault at worldtesting.com is restricted access. By logging into the SmartVault, you are acknowledging that you are the sole owner and user of your login credentials (email address and password) and accept full responsibility for their use on our site.
Document downloading is restricted to the individual email account holder who is subscribed to the SmartVault and only for work which will be or has been performed by World Testing Inc. Use of the downloaded documents is restricted to internal office use by the email account holder's company (our active client) and for submittal to the email account holders clients ONLY for jobs which will be or have been performed by World Testing technicians and/or inspectors. Do NOT download documents for which we do not or have not performed work for your company.
The documents contained on our SmartVault and the documents shared with you directly by any World Testing employee, unless otherwise stated, are proprietary and the sole property of World Testing, Inc. Any misuse of these documents is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Copying of our procedures and forms in whole or in part is strictly prohibited.
